Terms of Use
Effective date: October 17, 2026 · Last updated: October 17, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Mind Hack, a casual brain puzzle mobile game published by Maple Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
Use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and the rules that apply to your device and app-store account. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review them and provide any consent required by law. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate laws or third-party rights.
2. The game and availability
Mind Hack provides casual puzzles and related features for entertainment. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or changes to third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or compatibility with every device.
3. Advertising
The app may show ads served by Google AdMob or its partners. Ad content and availability may vary. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, or content advertised by others. Do not interact with ads fraudulently.
4. In-app purchases
The app may offer in-app purchases, such as a one-time purchase to remove ads. Available products, prices, and features are shown in the app or the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase.
- Apple handles payment through your App Store account, and Apple’s payment terms apply.
- Purchases are subject to store confirmation and applicable law.
- Purchases may be restorable where the app supports restoration. If an eligible purchase is not recognized, use the restore-purchases feature if available or contact support.
- Refund requests follow Apple’s process and applicable law; we cannot guarantee a refund.
- Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, a one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
Update this section if the actual purchase offering differs from these assumptions.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, graphics, text, sounds, puzzles, and branding are owned by or licensed to the publisher and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law permits it or we have given written permission.
6. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services, including Apple’s App Store purchase services and Google AdMob advertising. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for services we do not control, subject to rights you have under applicable law.
7. Updates and termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may release updates or stop providing the app or specific features. Terms that by their nature should continue after use ends will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post the current version here and update the date above. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable where the publisher operates, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence. The publisher must confirm its legal location and any required governing-law wording before publication.
