Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026 · Last updated: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mind Hack (“the app”), published by Maple Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the app.

Publisher review required: This template assumes the app has no user accounts, uses Google AdMob, has no separate analytics product, and uses Apple in-app purchases. Confirm that your actual app, SDKs, consent flow, and store disclosures match this policy before publishing.

1. Information we collect or process

Accounts and information you provide. Mind Hack does not require an account to play and does not ask you to create a profile. If you email us for support, we receive the information you include and use it to respond.

Gameplay data. This policy assumes game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Confirm this is accurate if you use cloud saves, a backend, remote configuration, or other services.

Advertising (Google AdMob). AdMob and its service providers may process information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and operate their services. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and ad configuration, this may include advertising or device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, app/device information, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. Google may process data under its own policies. We do not control all processing performed independently by Google.

In-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card number. Apple may process purchase and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. The app may receive transaction or entitlement information needed to unlock a purchase, such as a remove-ads feature.

Analytics. The current configuration supplied for this policy does not include a separate analytics product. AdMob may still process information for ad delivery, measurement, security, and diagnostics. Review all SDKs included in the released app.

2. How information is used

3. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed by Google AdMob/Google for advertising and related services, by Apple for app distribution and purchases, and by service providers or authorities where necessary to operate the app, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. These parties may handle information under their own terms.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising choices and consent

Ad personalization depends on your location, consent status, age-related settings, and app configuration. Where required, the app must present a suitable consent flow and honor applicable choices, including Apple App Tracking Transparency requirements if the app tracks users as defined by Apple. Device settings may let you reset or limit advertising identifiers, but this may not stop all ads.

If the app is directed to children or likely to be used by children, additional legal and platform requirements may apply. The publisher must configure AdMob and the app’s age/audience settings accordingly before release.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain support emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Locally stored game data can generally be removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data, subject to device behavior. Apple may retain purchase records under its policies; Google controls retention of information it processes through AdMob.

Because the app is configured without user accounts or our own user database, we do not currently provide an account-deletion workflow. Contact us about information we hold directly. Requests for information held independently by Apple or Google should be directed to those providers.

6. Children’s privacy

The publisher must confirm the intended age group and countries of distribution before release. This template does not establish that the app is child-directed. If it is directed to children or knowingly collects children’s personal information, update this policy and configure advertising, consent, and data practices to comply with applicable laws and store rules.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Google, Apple, and their providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. We will post the current version here and update the date above.
